FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering compatible metering pump parts.

1. Are your parts genuine OEM or compatible?

We supply both. Compatible parts are dimensionally identical to OEM, made from the same grade materials and tested to OEM pressure ratings — at a fraction of the OEM price. Genuine OEM parts are available on request.

2. How do I find the right part for my pump?

Check the model number on your pump nameplate (e.g. LMI A751-117). Send it to us and we confirm the correct diaphragm, valve cartridge or rebuild kit within one business day.

3. What is your minimum order quantity?

One piece. We welcome sample orders so you can verify fit and quality before committing to volume.

4. Which pump brands do you cover?

LMI, ProMinent, SEKO, Milton Roy, Pulsafeeder, Walchem and most other major metering and dosing pump brands. If you do not see your brand, ask — we can source most models.

5. How long does shipping take?

In-stock parts dispatch within 1–3 business days. Express courier delivery to most countries takes 3–7 days, with tracking on every order.

6. Do you offer bulk or contract supply?

Yes. We structure volume pricing and annual supply contracts for water treatment plants, chemical plants and maintenance contractors — see our Bulk Supply service.

7. How often should I replace metering pump wear parts?

Diaphragms typically last 6–12 months depending on chemical and duty cycle; valve cartridges similar. A scheduled PMK rebuild once or twice a year keeps dosing accuracy within spec.

8. Can you help troubleshoot a pump problem?

Yes. Describe the symptom — no output, low pressure, inaccurate dosing — and our technical support will guide you to the likely cause and the right replacement part.
